Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please use this tracking information to check the most up-to-date status of your order online.

Orders over $300 (before taxes and after all discounts) qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

A flat rate shipping of $9.95 will apply to orders under $300.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE if product is returned.

Once leaving our facility, shipments to Canada and the contiguous USA will typically take between 2-7 days. This is a guideline only and subject to delays due to weather, labor unrest, high volume seasons. Please use your tracking number to get up-to-date delivery information directly from the carrier.

Specifics regarding how the delivery is made (ie leave at the front door, put in the mailbox) is up to the discretion of the carrier based on their policies. We have no control over these details.

In light of the disruptions with Canada Post, we want to assure our customers that we have a Business Continuity Plan in place. We have adjusted our Canadian shipping methods to an alternate freight carrier. Please note that while deliveries will continue, estimated delivery times may be slightly delayed as these carriers are likely to be handling increased volumes.

According to the latest updates from Canada Post, deliveries are still ongoing, though there might be some delays. We are closely monitoring the situation, and if the strike extends beyond next week, we will work with each customer individually to fulfill your orders, pending inventory availability.
